The dispatch timeline for each outfit is specified on the product page and reflects the level of craftsmanship and processes involved. For orders containing multiple pieces, the timeline is calculated based on the outfit requiring the longest production time.
Dispatch Timeline: This refers to the time our atelier takes to carefully craft and dispatch your garment after order confirmation.
We collaborate exclusively with trusted logistics partners across India, ensuring your creation reaches you safely. Post-dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 14–20 working days, depending on the city of delivery.
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please provide:
