Return & Exchange Policy
All items are non-returnable.
As a standard company protocol, Label Anushree Narayan does not endorse any returns or exchanges — irrespective of domestic or international orders — on both off-the-rack and made-to-order pieces.
In exceptional circumstances, the client must notify us about any issue via call or WhatsApp during business hours, and most importantly, by sending an email to labelanushreenarayan@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. The email must clearly state the concern and include images of the problem areas in the outfit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Our team will review the concern, and a decision will be taken within 2–3 business days of receiving the outfit. You will be duly notified of the outcome. In approved exceptional cases, we are happy to offer either an exchange or a credit note valid for 6 months.
All approved exchanges are provided in the form of a credit note with a maximum validity of 6 months, redeemable exclusively at www.labelanushreenarayan.com.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Label Anushree Narayan is not responsible for return shipping fees or duty reimbursements in the case of international purchases. Please ensure returns are shipped via a trackable method and retain a valid proof of postage until the issue is resolved.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted or sale items.
Label Anushree Narayan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In case your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at labelanushreenarayan@gmail.com.
